🔄 RETURNS POLICY 

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Products must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Exceptions

• Returns are not accepted for:
• Discounted items (if specified)
• Used products
• Personal items (e.g. underwear)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email: info@fft-wear.gr
• Provide order number
• Ship the product as instructed

5. Return Costs

• Paid by the customer
• Covered by us only if the product is defective or incorrect

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued:

• Within 14 days after receiving the return
• Using the original payment method

7. Defective Products

If a product is defective:

• Replacement or refund is provided
• Return costs are covered by us

8. Exchanges

Product exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
